LGBTQI Rights are human rights. This has to be understood and accepted across the globe especially in countries in Middle East which honor killing, forced sex change, forced marriage, prosecution, harassment, violence and even death penalty is in practice against LGBTQI persons.

We at Dharma & Martia working closely with International Human Rights bodies and are committed to document and report incidents of human rights violations against LGBTQI persons from Middle East in their home country, in the country of transit or even upon arrival to their host country as a refugee as part of our work to advocate for our rights.

It is important to document the living confition of LGBTQI persons in this region as well as other challenges and issues that they are facing along the path of their flee upuntil arrival to the third country to hold the govenrments responsible and call for their immediate action.
